A cube is something I learned to draw quickly. Here’s how I do it
Step one. Draw a hexagon with points pointing up and down
Step two. Draw a line from the the bottom to the center
Step three. Do the same for the top left and right quarters
Step four. Fill in the side facing farthest from the light the least
Step five. Fill in the next lit square a little bit, but not as much
